REFORMATION STRAWBERRY COLD FOAM MATCHA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp Ceremonial Matcha
- 1/4 cup 80ºC Water
- 3/4 cup plant-based milk
- Sugar, agave, maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 cup whipping cream or thick coconut milk (chilled)
- 2 tbsp fresh strawberry puree (or a few mashed strawberries, strained)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
KITCHEN TOOLS
- Chawan
- Whisk

- Blender / Frother
- Procure JAR of Ceremonial Matcha from freezer and allow to come to room temperature.
- Scoop your green goods into a bowl.
- Add just enough 80ºC water to make a uniform paste with your Ceremonial Matcha.
- Use whisk in circular motions to remove any clumps and traces of powder.
- Add 1 to 2 oz of water and whisk back and forth in a zig-zag motion to create an oxygen rich and delicious crema.
- Your Matcha is ready once the surface is covered in emerald microfoam.
- Blend or whisk whipping cream or chilled coconut milk with strawberry puree, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until light and airy.
- For a more stable foam, you can use a handheld milk frother.
- Gently spoon or pour the strawberry cold foam over your Matcha Latte.
- Garnish with a slice of strawberry and / or sprinkle of matcha powder if desired.
