PRODUCTION + PROCESS

Matcha Dive is stone-ground in the foothills of Mt. Akaishi, where the Ōi River nourishes shaded tea fields.

Rather than relying on a single cultivar, our master harvesters takes a blended approach, balancing Yabukita, Okumidori, Tsuyuhikari, Asanoka, Sakimidori, and Asatsuyu for harmony and depth.

The result is a layered, expressive cup with a smooth, lingering finish, designed for clarity, presence and everyday ritual.

Tasting notes: Rich, creamy umami with a rounded natural sweetness, gentle vegetal depth and a clean, persistent finish.
