Our boxes are also printed in North America (USA and Canada) using materials sourced within each local region, resulting in a much lower carbon footprint than manufacturers who source raw or finished materials from overseas.
Though Uji, Japan is traditionally more well-known for its matcha, innovative farmers have been artfully making impeccable matcha on the hills of Shizuoka, one of Japan’s best kept secrets. This is how we strike the delicate balance of making real ceremonial matcha more accessible without compromising or cutting any corners.
It's best to store matcha in a cool, dark place, away from moisture in an airtight container.
