CLASSIC ICED MATCHA LATTE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp Ceremonial Matcha
  • 1/4 cup 80ºC Water
  • 3/4 cup milk or plant-based milk
  • Sugar, agave, maple syrup or sweetener of choice

KITCHEN TOOLS

  • Chawan
  • Whisk
  • Jar
  • Blender / Frother
  1. Start with your Matcha:
    Remove your JAR of Ceremonial Matcha from the freezer and allow it to come to room temperature. This preserves its full spectrum of flavor.
  2. Make a matcha paste:
    Scoop your matcha into a bowl. Add a small amount of cold water—just enough to form a smooth, even paste. Whisk gently in circular motions until no clumps remain.
  3. Whisk to life:
    Add 1 to 2 oz of cold water and whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until the surface blooms with a fine layer of emerald microfoam.
  4. Assemble with care:                                                                                                            Add your Matcha to your cup, adding your sweeter of choice if you're adding any, then layer your milk of choice on top.
  5. Swirl & sip:
