CROWN AFFAIR YUZU MATCHA LEMONADE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 g Ceremonial Matcha
  • 1 tbsp Yuzu Puree
  • 4 oz Sparkling Lemonade

A zesty, sparkling ritual with a green twist.

  1. Start with your Matcha:
    Remove your JAR of Ceremonial Matcha from the freezer and allow it to come to room temperature. This preserves its full spectrum of flavor.
  2. Make a matcha paste:
    Scoop your matcha into a bowl. Add a small amount of cold water—just enough to form a smooth, even paste. Whisk gently in circular motions until no clumps remain.
  3. Whisk to life:
    Add 1 to 2 oz of cold water and whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until the surface blooms with a fine layer of emerald microfoam.
  4. Build the base:
    In a tall glass, layer the yuzu purée at the bottom. Pour sparkling lemonade overtop, then add ice to fill.
  5. Assemble with care:
    Slowly pour your matcha over the back of a spoon (or directly, with a steady hand) to create a distinct, layered effect.
  6. Swirl & sip:
    Stir gently to combine, or sip as-is to enjoy the unfolding flavors — bright citrus, crisp bubbles, and vibrant green.
