CROWN AFFAIR YUZU MATCHA LEMONADE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 g Ceremonial Matcha
  • 1 tbsp Yuzu Puree
  • 4 oz Sparkling Lemonade

KITCHEN TOOLS

  • Chawan
  • Whisk
  • Jar
  1. Procure JAR of Ceremonial Matcha from freezer and allow to come to room temperature.
  2. Scoop your green goods into a bowl.
  3. Add just enough cold water to make a uniform paste with your Ceremonial Matcha.
  4. Use whisk in circular motions to remove any clumps and traces of powder.
  5. Add 1 to 2 oz of water and whisk back and forth in a zig-zag motion to create an oxygen rich and delicious crema.
  6. Your Matcha is ready once the surface is covered in emerald microfoam.
  7. At the bottom of your glass, first layer yuzu puree, then sparkling lemonade, and finally ice overtop.
  8. Gently pour Ceremonial Matcha into concotion.
  9. Swirl and enjoy!
