CROWN AFFAIR YUZU MATCHA LEMONADE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 g Ceremonial Matcha
- 1 tbsp Yuzu Puree
- 4 oz Sparkling Lemonade
KITCHEN TOOLS
- Procure JAR of Ceremonial Matcha from freezer and allow to come to room temperature.
- Scoop your green goods into a bowl.
- Add just enough cold water to make a uniform paste with your Ceremonial Matcha.
- Use whisk in circular motions to remove any clumps and traces of powder.
- Add 1 to 2 oz of water and whisk back and forth in a zig-zag motion to create an oxygen rich and delicious crema.
- Your Matcha is ready once the surface is covered in emerald microfoam.

At the bottom of your glass, first layer yuzu puree, then sparkling lemonade, and finally ice overtop.
- Gently pour Ceremonial Matcha into concotion.
- Swirl and enjoy!
