BROOKE'S CHIA PUDDING RITUAL
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp Ceremonial Matcha
- 1 cup Non-dairy Milk
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Raspberries
- Granola

Procure JAR of Ceremonial Matcha from freezer and allow to come to room temperature.
- Scoop your green goods into a bowl.
- Add just enough 80ºC water to make a uniform paste with your Ceremonial Matcha.
- Use whisk in circular motions to remove any clumps and traces of powder.
- Add milk and whisk until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and then maple syrup.
- Stir to combine, ensuring no clumps of chia remain.
- Place dessert made with love in fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
- Top with fresh fruit, granola and / or nuts to enjoy!
