BROOKE'S CHIA PUDDING RITUAL

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp Ceremonial Matcha
  • 1 cup Non-dairy Milk
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Raspberries
  • Granola

KITCHEN TOOLS

  • Chawan
  • Whisk
  • Jar
  1. Procure JAR of Ceremonial Matcha from freezer and allow to come to room temperature.
  2. Scoop your green goods into a bowl.
  3. Add just enough 80ºC water to make a uniform paste with your Ceremonial Matcha.
  4. Use whisk in circular motions to remove any clumps and traces of powder.
  5. Add milk and whisk until smooth. 
  6. Add chia seeds and then maple syrup.
  7. Stir to combine, ensuring no clumps of chia remain.
  8. Place dessert made with love in fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
  9. Top with fresh fruit, granola and / or nuts to enjoy!
