BROOKE'S CHIA PUDDING RITUAL
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp Ceremonial Matcha
- 1 cup Non-dairy Milk
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Raspberries
- Granola

Prepare your Matcha:
Retrieve your JAR of Ceremonial Matcha from the freezer and allow it to come to room temperature.

Whisk the base:
Scoop matcha into a bowl. Add a small amount of 80ºC water and whisk in circular motions until a smooth, uniform paste forms.

Add milk and mix:
Pour in your milk of choice and continue whisking until the matcha is fully incorporated and silky.

Incorporate chia & maple:
Add chia seeds and a touch of maple syrup. Stir thoroughly, making sure the chia is evenly distributed with no clumps.

Let it set:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the pudding to thicken and the flavors to deepen.

Finish with flair:
Top with fresh fruit, granola, and/or nuts just before serving.
