When husband-and-wife duo Daniel Liu and Madison Leyes first met while working as models in New York City, they bonded over their shared preference for antioxidant-rich cups of matcha over coffee. But when they moved to Toronto, they struggled to track down accessible and affordable matcha that tasted just as good as what they were used to. So the couple created and recently launched Matcha Dive. They source ceremonial-grade matcha directly from Japanese farmlands and have a simple mission: to ensure that Canadians everywhere can easily find what they need to make the traditional drink at home.
